In these times of ultra-processed ready meals, abundant food choices and a dominant fast-food culture, it’s getting more and more difficult to navigate the food world and establish a balanced, healthy diet. Understanding how and why to limit your sugar, salt and fat intake is a great place to start. This course will take you through three lessons where you will learn about each in turn, helping you to make smart choices in the supermarket and kitchen.
