- 100g butter
- 50g brown sugar
- 50g mixed cranberries and blueberries
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 50g rye flour
- 50g plain flour
- 50g porridge oats
- Cream the butter and sugar together.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet
- Bake at 180 for 15 – 20 mins
